Vivian is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 18 years of experience in public accounting. She joined Weinhold, Nickel & Company in November, 2004. She graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a concentration in accounting. Vivian began her accounting career as an assistant bank auditor. She also gained experience in private industry while serving as controller of an auto parts company and by handling all of the financial responsibilities for Heritage Hill Construction, LLC, a company she co-owns with her husband, Sam. She has extensive experience in tax preparation and planning and financial statement preparation.
Vivian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisorSM and provides installation, set-up, training, and support services to our clients using QuickBooks® software. She is also knowledgeable in the area of EDI (Electronic Data Interface) and is able to assist clients in the process of working with large companies who require all sales/purchases transactions to be sumitted electronically.
Vivian resides in New Holland with her husband and son. She has served on the board and as a financial officer of her church. She is treasurer of a not-for-profit organization involved in the preservation of a historical site. Her hobbies include watching the Eagles and Flyers, reading, taking trips to the beach and mountains, and relaxing by her koi fish water garden.
