Joyce A. Hoover, CPA

Joyce joined the firm in 1999 and became a principle in WNC CPAs and Consultants, LLC in January, 2010. Joyce has over 35 years experience working with closely held companies and individuals in income tax return preparation and planning, financial statement preparation, business consulting, and trust and estate tax services. Her extensive experience includes various industries such as manufacturing, construction, service, trucking, and non-profit organizations.

Joyce graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Joyce is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Ephrata Community Health Foundation. Joyce served on the board and as board treasurer of a local retirement community for ten years. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the board of directors at Garden Spot Village. Joyce is a member of Neffsville Mennonite Church. She is a member of the Lancaster MS Leadership Class of 2010.

Joyce resides in Akron and has two grown daughters. Joyce enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, Penn State football, and spending time in the mountains and at the shore.
